A limited number of marina condominiums each with their own private boat slip will be available for lease or purchase. Condiminium owners will have the same rights and privlidges as homeowners. Nestled in a private slough next to the boat ramp will be studio, one and two bedroom homes available to landowners, homepwners or their guests.
