Equestrian Lots
The Black Warrior Community is a haven for equestrian lovers. The first phase of the development includes fourteen equestrian lots ranging in size from 5 to 10 acres. There is a maximum of 2 horses per lot. All lots are designed to have 20’ common area easements on the property lines for horseback riding and hiking trails. These trails will be open to residents and their guests, providing hours of enjoyment. Future plans include approximately 10 acres for an equestrian facility that will feature stables, member tack rooms and central space for feed and storage. A variety of opportunities will benefit the novice and seasoned rider.
